All workouts are automatically scaled to your current fitness level. As your fitness improves so does the intensity of the workouts.

Analyze your workout data

Your power and heart rate data is recorded during workout and automatically exported to the industry standard TCX format. Import the file into your favorite analytical tool, e.g. Garmin Connect or Final Surge to visualize and analyze your performance data.
